Delivery of Orders:
- We try to ship all retail orders received before 5 p.m. IST by the next business day. However, under exceptional circumstances it can take upto 3 business days for order processing.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch the products within 24 hours of payment clearance and to have all orders delivered to customers residing in India within 3-4 Working days. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon its back in stock.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
In case the product ordered by you is damaged or defective, we will issue you a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for receiving and sending back the product. We may also replace the product at no extra cost, if you wish.
For returns & refunds, please provide us with the proof of posting showing the delivery charges when returning goods, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund of delivery charges.
